Sullivan County Airport (SIV) is an exceptional facility located in rural farmland within three miles of the city of Sullivan. It has unobstructed visual approaches and three instrument approaches with a 4,300×75-foot runway with pilot-controlled lighting and a full-time airport manager. Competitively priced self-service fuel, 100LL and a Jet-A, are available 24 hours. There are clean, modern 24-hour restroom facilities and computer internet access for pilots and passengers in a comfortable terminal building. Aircraft rentals, flight instruction and airplane rides are offered, as well as overnight and monthly hangar rents.

Merom Camp and Retreat Center is a beautiful five-story building built in 1859 that was once the Union Christian College and is now a camp and retreat center. The center is listed on the National Register of Historical Places, featuring unique finds such as the spiral staircase that leads up to the cupola that allows you to see for miles.
